Sovtest ATE service department performs full range of guarantee and post-guarantee services and also does customer trainings (both at Sovtest ATE and Customer sites). All the engineers take trainings at the producers’ sites with further certificating.

Sovtest ATE constant staff consists of more than 25 certificated service engineers. Service department provides quick and quality service, full and reliable data to its customers. We work for our customers could have qualified service anytime and anywhere.

Sovtest ATE possesses several warehouse premises and due to it the company has got possibility to supply equipment and spare parts in short times. Big warehouse areas allow to consolidate cargoes and to perform fully packaged shipment to customers.

In company’s office there are several spacious demo-halls where Customers can become familiar with the equipment process of work before buying it. Customers and our own specialists’ trainings are held here.

Start-up of equipment is performed by our certificated service engineers and this fact provides maximum efficiency and quick equipment integration in production process.
