Production

In 2005 using the experience gained during training at the world's largest companies producing electronic equipment "Sovtest ATE" began to work on the production of test and manufacturing equipment of its own design. Moving from pilot production to serial the company opens a separate manufacturing facility of 500 m². In 2010 for own production needs the company puts into operation new premises of purity class ISO 7 and part of the equipment is installed in special areas of ISO 5 clean.

Industrial building of "Sovtest ATE" successfully passed ESD-audit for suitability to IEC 61340-5-1 which confirms that optimality conditions are created for work with particularly sensitive electronic components. Here constant monitoring is performed to suit cleanliness class ISO 7: necessary climatic conditions regulation, usage of multistage filtration system and respect of human isolation.

Today in "Sovtest ATE" industrial shops there gathered the most reliable and modern equipmentin that allow to perform such processes as:

• SMD-installation, installation of terminal components and surface mounting, assembly/disassembly of components in BGA, PLCC, QFN, CSP-buildings.
• Chip-on-Board.
• Encapsulation of chips and LEDs.
• Quality control at all stages of production.
